Magicwave (operated by Printpanda India Private Limited) collects only what's necessary to deliver the service.

What we collect

• Account profile: name, email, profile picture (from your Google account on sign-in).
• Usage data: workspaces, drafts, schedule events, AI prompts and responses you create inside Magicwave.
• System telemetry: request logs, error reports, performance metrics (without identifying content).

How we use it

To provide and improve Magicwave, secure the account, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Third parties

We use Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (database), Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure (AI inference), and Publer (publishing). Each acts as a processor under our instructions.
